More Gift Card Holders

We made something similar to this last year and everyone really liked them, so here we go with a 2009 version! The first card - the one with the belly band needs a little work, I am not happy with the band, but by the 5th I'll have it all worked out.

The Ripe Avocado one has a velcro fastener - I like the simplicity of those!
