Final Adventure with Perfectly Plaid

I can't really promise I won't play with that paper anymore as there is a ton of it and it's so much fun, but for now I'm going to put it back on the shelf.  These papers are from the Christmas set, but I didn't think the patterns really screamed "Christmas" to me. Here are the cards:

The top card uses one of the dies from Ornate Borders set (I do love that set so much) and also an older die and stamp from Stitched All Around (stamp) and Stitched Labels (dies). The card base is Mint Macaron with a layer of Balmy Blue and then the plaid piece.  The second card  has a card base of Terracotta Tile and then a layer of Mint Macaron with the plaid piece on top.  I used a sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set  stamped in Terracotta Tile and die cut with a die from the Stitched So Sweetly die set. It was layered on a Terracotta Tile piece punched with the Label Me Lovely punch. The Mint Macaron piece was cut using the Stitched Squares dies and I used a retired slot punch for the terracotta ribbon.. I am wishing I had run the Mint Macaron square through an embossing folder, maybe next time.  I added some gold faceted gems and called it a card.

Here are some of the products I used on these cards:
