Lots of Color

We had a very varied spring here in Colorado.  Some days (way too many) have been filled with snow, cold and general gray weather. On those days, I like to delve into using lots of color on my projects.  This year we have the advantage of an Annual Catalog sneak peek with the Ornate Garden suite of products.  I went a bit crazy and just made tons of cards using these wonderful products.  Here is another one:

The card base for this card is Granny Apple Green with an embossed layer of Grapefruit Grove.  I embossed the Grapefruit Grove with the Ornate Floral 3D embossing folder and spritzed it with some Champagne Mist shimmer paint mixed in a spritzer with alcohol.  It gives it a nice shimmery effect that I just love.  I had stamped and cut out a bunch of the flowers from the Ornate Style stamp set and I colored them with my markers.  I cut a piece of Pineapple Crush paper with the Ornate Layers dies and mounted a piece of white with one of the stamps from the Ornate Thanks stamp set and added some gold accents from my stash.  The little flowers have Diamond Gems on them and that completed the card.  Here are some of the products I used on this project:
Thanks for visiting and I hope you are all staying healthy and safe!
