Stamp Camp North - April 14, 2018

Hello everyone!  This weekend is Stamp Camp North.  Another great creative activity in the Denver metro area.  Here is the card the campers will be making at my table:

I am entering this card in the Try Stampin' on Tuesday Color #2 challenge:

I haven't done a challenge in such a long time, but the colors in this one just screamed at me!

Here is some more information on this fun camp:
I think I am finally getting back into the swing of things and it sure has been a fun filled couple of weeks!  Stampin' Up!'s new catalog will be out very soon and we demonstrators are really excited with all the wonderful new toys we will soon get to play with.  I won't have it in hand for another month, but I have had a chance to view a pdf copy of it and WOW doesn't do it justice.  Get ready for some great new stamps, tools AND a color revamp!   It is our 30th anniversary this year and they have pulled out all the stops!

Thanks for visiting!

Sassy Chic Stamp Camp Cards - 04/07/2018

Hi everyone!  I wanted to share our cards from camp on Saturday:

Everyone had a wonderful time, the weather was cold in the morning, but really warmed up nicely as the day went on.  We had a group come celebrating a birthday party!  The guests included some guys who really did seem to enjoy themselves - a lot!  What a grand way to celebrate your birthday, crafting and creating with friends!

Stamp Camp North is coming up this weekend, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Westminster Elks Lodge.  You can find the flyer with all the details below.  Having been out of the loop for 3 months it is really fun to be getting back into creative mode again.  I will share my card for this camp just as soon as I figure out what I am making!  LOL!

Sassy Chic Stamp Camp - April 7, 2018

This Saturday is the Sassy Chic Stamp Camp in Longmont, CO.  If you live in the area and would like to join in the fun, just email me or check out the flyer below for details.  This is a really fun event and everyone enjoys the creativity that goes on there.
Here is my card:

This is another version:
I used some of the ribbon from a free SAB item and also colored in a few of the flowers and leaves using SU markers.  Both cards contain embellishments from various embellishment packs offered by SU.

Here is the flyer containing more information about this fun camp:
You can also email me (see link in the sidebar) for more information.  Hope you can join us!

Happy Easter!

To all my friends celebrating this holiday - Happy Easter!

We are now back home and attempting to settle in;.  There has been snow and cold which has made adjusting a bit more difficult, but spring is coming and it will be fine.  DH will be heading back to Florida in a few weeks in order to move Belmira back up to New England when we will start sailing in the summer once again.  We liked the climate in Florida, but the sailing left a great deal to be desired.  I long for deeper waters!

Hopefully, I will be able to get back to blogging on a more regular basis.  What that means for me remains to be seen - LOL!  April's calendar is filled with fun stamping events and I hope to share those with you as they come along.

Keep creating!  Thanks for visiting!
