Christmas is coming - helpful items to assist in being prepared!
The new Holiday Catalog from Stampin' Up! goes live on September 1, 2015. I have been having so much fun playing with some of the products from this catalog! Here are a couple more sneak peeks at what is in store for you in just a few days!
These cards were made with a new stamp set/coordinating die set. I love, love. love being able to stamp and cut (not a good fussy cutter) and this set is perfect to satisfy my love of all things snowman! There is also tons of other cute stamps and dies in this combo.

Stamp Camp North - September 19, 2015
Here is some more information on this fun camp:
If you want more information on this camp, please leave me a comment below or send me an email (link in the sidebar).
Here are the products that I used to create this card:
The background on this card was created by inking the clear block with Crumb Cake ink - fun! The gals will have various sentiments to choose from when making this card, but this particular sentiment is from a past Paper Pumpkin kit. I love those kits and the stamps contained in them. If you want more information about how you can subscribe to Paper Pumpikn, just click on the image below.
You have a chance to save 50% if you subscribe before September 10, 2015! These kits just keep getting better and better so now would be the perfect time to subscribe.

Rocky Mountain Inky Fingers Swaps
Boy, it seems like I only post on Mondays these days. But ... the weeks are full of creative activities and I will get around to showing you some of them, I promise! Retirement sure is a busy time of life - everyone warned me about it and now I really and truly believe it. I am so loving it. I miss my friends from the office, but I sure don't miss the going to the office every day. We made a couple of trips into Boulder recently (the farmer's market calls my name every Saturday) and the commute, while only 11 miles long, is full of construction and traffic and all those other things that I can do without. I am spending my time creating and enjoying the company of my wonderful hubby, both very fulfilling pastimes.
Here are the cards from this month's Rocky Mountain Inky Fingers meeting:
We had a truly wonderful time at our meeting this month. Lots of sharing and fun conversations. Beverly Derringer and Tina Smith provided some wonderful make and take projects and we all got to meet some of the newest members of our little group. We sure have some creative people in this group and I truly appreciate each one of them.
I have been working on some samples using the fun new things in the Holiday Mini catalog. I'll share those soon! I also have two fun camps coming up so I will share my cards and the details from those as well.
Thanks for visiting!

Some Flowers from Power Poppy
I have always loved to color. It's one of my fonder memories from my childhood. I have also always loved flowers. It's so very nice to be able to put those two together now as an adult - my coloring tools are so much more fun!
I recently downloaded two great sets of images from Power Poppy. If you have not seen their images, you need to check them out NOW! Here are two that I colored to enter their monthly challenge:
Now if I could just get my printer working properly. It's leaving nasty little black specks on my images. Yuck! I colored these images with Copic markers. The card bases are Rich Razzleberry and Delightful Dijon. The designer papers are from an old pad of Stampin' Up! designer paper that I thought went well with these colors.

I made this for the Rocky Mountain Inky Fingers downline meeting this month. This is a wonderful group of gals and I know we are going to have a lot of fun at this month's meeting.
I am working on a post to share with you about my sailing adventure this summer. I have so many photos that it is taking me forever to go through them all. I hope to have it for you next week.
