Sassy Chic Stamp Camp - April 2021

Here's my card for April's Sassy Chic Stamp Camp:
I have had this dragonfly stamp set and the coordinating punch and dsp for a while and had never played with it. It was so fun! Here are the materials and techniques I used. Basic White card base with a Cameo Coral layer embossed using the Ornate Floral embossing folder, a piece of 3x3 dsp from the Dandy Garden 6x6 pack of dsp. I used blending brushes on a strip of Basic White using Cameo Coral, Balmy Blue and Mossy Meadow inks. I used the Dragonfly Garden Stamp set with the long image stamped on the sponged piece and then layered that on a Basic Black piece.  I then stamped the dragonfly image and punched it using the Dragonflies punch. I painted the dragonfly using Bumblebee re-inker and water then highlighted it using a Bumblebee marker and spritzed it with a mixture of Champagne Mist and alcohol. I topped it off with a Gold Glitter Dot. The inside is stamped with the small dragonflies from the stamp set.

Here's the flyer with information about this camp and I encourage you to get signed up as all the cards I have seen so far have been outstanding!
Thanks for visiting and I hope you are all staying healthy and safe!

Rose Hill Grange Stamp Camp/Kits card for March 2021

Here's my card for this month's Rose Hill Grange Stamp Camp/Kits:
This camp provides an opportunity to delve into my stash and this card is a good example. The card base is Highland Heather and it is layered with a Basic Black layer topped by an Hombre dsp piece from celebration with a stamp from this month's new stamps from Technique Junkies. I love stamping on dsp and this image just screamed for it. I layered to die cut butterflies that have been blinged up with some glittery spritz and then added a couple of rhinestone jewels for added bling. Here are the sign up details for this camp:
We have lots of fun with this camp and while we cannot get together and craft, it offers the opportunity to continue creating even during a pandemic.

Thanks for visiting and I hope you are all staying healthy and safe!
