Well, I am back among the living (sort of) and only a little worse for wear.  The stone is gone and with it all the pain and sickness.  I'm still really weak, but better as each day goes by.  I have a simple Happy Birthday sentiment for you today.  Enjoy!

Monday Freebie - March 18, 2013

I am sorry this is so late being posted.  I have been on the Kidney Stone Diet!  14 lbs in 7 days!  Amazingly effective, but definitely not recommended.  Stone removal is set for Thursday bright and early.  I was actually able to keep down a little food yesterday and today.  Not much, but it's a start.  Here's your Monday Freebie for this week:
