Here's some more detail on one of the cards that is going into my card gift box:
Stamps: Favorite Greetings
Ink: basic black, lovely lavender
Paper: certainly celery, very vanilla, basic grey Oh Baby! Girl dp
Accessories: corner rounder, eyelets, misc ribbon scrap
I'm hoping to put about 10-12 general purpose cards in these tins and decorate the tins with paper and "Cards" and their initials cut out on my Cricut and embossed.
Something to Check Out!
Barbara Welch (Creative Stampin Spot) has posted a wonderful list showing the SU Spring-Summer Designer Series Papers and Coordinating Colors. Check it out, it is very useful information.

Okay, day two....
I've been working on two gift boxes to take east with me next weekend. One is for my friend of many years that I haven't seen in a couple of years and the other is for my step-mom who is a very thoughtful person. Here's a few in a jumbled shot and over the next few days I will highlight some of these cards and the box they will be given in. I tried to keep it simple and plain enough that they won't have to go through the extra postage grist mill. TFL , Chris

I've taken the plunge and started a blog. I'm not sure what I'm doing, but I'm sure I'll figure it out as I go along. There are so many wonderful creative folks out there whose blogs I've been reading and being inspired by over the last few months and I vowed I would jump into the fray before the start of the New Year. Hopefully, tomorrow I will post some of my card designs and get this show on the road!
